Project Management Officer (PMO) – Technology Programs


About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Management Officer (PMO) to join our dynamic Project Management Team, playing a critical role in the delivery of a wide range of technology-driven projects and programs. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-impact initiatives within a highly regulated and fast-paced environment.


As a PMO, you will ensure adherence to governance frameworks, champion delivery standards, and support continuous improvement efforts across project management practices.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of technology projects/programs in alignment with Pegasus governance and enterprise PMO standards
  • Coordinate the preparation and delivery of high-quality governance materials, including meeting packs and minutes
  • Track and follow up on actions, including third-party coordination
  • Maintain and analyse RAID logs, project plans, and management reports
  • Assist with project audits and contribute to governance artefact reviews
  • Provide stakeholder management across various levels of seniority
  • Drive knowledge sharing and support continuous improvement initiatives across the PSO function


Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on PMO / Project Support experience
  • Demonstrated experience supporting major programs, ideally with regulatory exposure
  • Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, SharePoint, and Enterprise PPM tools (e.g. Planview)
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-moving environment
  • Confident working independently and collaboratively, with the ability to lead or influence as needed

Desirable:

  • PMO certification (e.g. P3O Foundation/Practitioner)
  • Project management certification (e.g. Prince2, PMI, APM)
  • Experience in a regulated industry, preferably Financial Services
  • Familiarity with FX, infrastructure, application development, or technology transformation projects
