Join a high-growth personal care brand that's disrupting its category with innovation, quality, and a bold brand identity. As a Demand Planner, you’ll be the go-to person for delivering accurate product forecasts, ensuring commercial plans translate into supply chain efficiency across the UK market. This is a key role in a dynamic, growing business where you’ll take ownership of demand planning while working cross-functionally with commercial and supply teams. If you’re analytical, detail-driven, and excited by a fast-paced FMCG environment, this one’s for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain 12-month rolling demand forecasts using SAP IBP and other tools.
  • Work closely with commercial teams to integrate customer insights, promotions, and new product plans into the forecast.
  • Analyse forecast performance vs actuals and recommend adjustments to improve accuracy.
  • Lead and facilitate monthly demand planning and S&OP meetings.
  • Provide insights into slow-moving stock and write-off risks to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with supply planning to optimise inventory levels and ensure availability.

What We’re Looking For

  • Essential: 2+ years of demand planning or forecasting experience within FMCG (personal care, cosmetics, food, or pharma ideal).
  • Strong Excel skills (PowerQuery, PowerPivot, VBA a plus).

  • Comfortable working independently and managing shifting priorities in a high-growth business.
