Job description

A leading US law firm is seeking a talented and driven Corporate Tax Associate with 3-5 years post-qualification experience to join their dynamic Tax team. The ideal candidate will have strong academic credentials and a background from a leading law firm.

The Corporate Tax practice works closely with the firm’s transactional teams, advising on M&A, financial restructurings, and private equity transactions. The team also offers niche expertise in aviation taxation, including leasing transactions and portfolio acquisitions.

This role provides the opportunity to work on complex cross-border and international matters, corporate finance, and private equity deals. The group combines creativity with deep technical knowledge to deliver innovative financial structures and products critical to client success.
