I’m working with a scaling tech business that needs an experienced onboarding specialist to lead the onboarding of around 200 new tech starters during a period of rapid growth.

✅ Experience in scaling tech businesses is a big plus.

9-month FTC

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and is comfortable with ambiguity. We need someone highly organised, hands-on, and ready to manage high-volume onboarding with manual processes.
