Corporate Lawyer - 2-6 PQE - London - Salary £110-130k

The Firm

This prestigious law firm is seeking a driven and experienced Lawyer to join its highly regarded Corporate team. The successful candidate will play a central role in advising a range of high-profile clients on significant M&A transactions, joint ventures and corporate restructurings.

The firm’s Corporate M&A practice is known for its strong international client base, which includes multinational corporations, financial institutions, and private equity firms. The team works on complex, high-value transactions across a broad range of sectors, fostering strong client relationships and delivering expert legal advice that is both commercially and strategically focused.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will be a 2-6 PQE Corporate Lawyer from a reputable city law firm or leading practice. You should have a strong background in M&A and joint ventures within the renewable energy sector, along with a track record of providing commercially driven advice on complex, multi-jurisdictional deals.
