Head of Ecommerce

Nutrition Scale Up

Brighton (Tuesdays in the office)

Up to £70,000 + Bonus (up to 30%)

We're working with a multi-brand Nutrition scale up in Brighton to help them hire for a Head of Ecommerce. They are the fastest growing business within the group's portfolio and are rapidly expanding their digital footprint, with all eyes on their D2C offering!

Please note, 1 day per week is required in the office (Tuesdays) and the rest is working from home!

About the Role:

• Own the full customer journey from traffic acquisition & CRO to pricing strategy and customer retention.
• Build & execute a 3-year scalable growth plan across DTC, TikTok Shop and other emerging channels.
• Optimise & improve website performance and user experience (Shopify).
• Lead PPC and SEO efforts, managing their external agencies.
• Grow and nurture their CRM database to drive LTV.
• Work cross functionally with Brand, Comms, Amazon teams etc.
• Support US market launch and international expansion.
• Work within budget constraints whilst finding creative solutions to scale.

About You:

• 5+ years experience working in D2C Ecommerce brands (ideally Nutrition or Health & Wellness)
• Proven track record scaling D2C businesses
• Hands on experience with Shopify or similar platforms
• Experience in website optimisation, CRO, performance marketing & pricing strategies
• Ideally worked in a multi-brand business and experience working in both large corporates and small scale-ups
• Proactive, self-starter, resilient and a problem-solver
• Long-term strategic thinker who is comfortable rolling their sleeves up and getting stuck into implementation
