Job Responsibilities

  1. End - to - end Recruitment Execution: Gain an in - depth understanding of position requirements, use multiple channels for resume search and screening, participate in formulating recruitment plans, efficiently organize work at all stages, and introduce high - quality technical talents to the team to support the stable development of business.
  2. Employer Brand Building: Actively promote JD’s employer brand image to candidates, showcase the company’s broad career development space, and enhance the company’s attractiveness to outstanding talents.
  3. Candidate Relationship Management: Maintain close and effective communication with candidates, promptly answer their questions regarding the recruitment process, company culture, position content, etc., create a good application experience, and establish and maintain a long - term talent pipeline.
  4. Data Analysis and Optimization: Regularly collect, organize, and analyze recruitment data, generate recruitment reports to provide data support for team decision - making, and based on the analysis results, continuously optimize the recruitment process and strategy to improve recruitment efficiency and quality.


Qualifications

  1. English can be used as a working language.
  2. Prior HR internship experience is preferred.
