Key Responsibilities

• Lead the GP service with warmth, discretion, and uncompromising clinical quality
• Champion integrated, preventative medicine alongside evidence-based general practice
• Shape and expand our services, working with leadership to develop new clinical pathways
• Ensure excellence in governance, safety, and CQC compliance in collaboration with our governance lead
• Build long-term relationships with VIP patients and families
• Work closely with internal specialists and external partners for coordinated care
• Contribute to strategic development, including international expansion and innovation
• Provide high-quality in-clinic care, with a light home visit load
• Support the integration of hormone and functional medicine services (if of interest)

Who We’re Looking For

Essentials

• GMC-registered GP (UK licence to practise)
• 5+ years post-qualification in private GP setting
• Collaborative, Decisive, and growth minded
• Sound understanding of CQC and clinical safety
• Knowledge in diagnostics, holistic wellness and lifestyle models
• Excellent communication Skills and leadership qualities

Desirable

• Additional training in functional or hormone-based medicine
• Clinical leadership or service development experience
• Leadership experience building new teams or services
• Experience with VIP or HNW clients
• Experience in digital or start-up health environments
