About the Job
Summary
Reframe is seeking a full-time Certified Coach or Mental Health Professional to join our Thrive Coaching platform within the app. In this role, you’ll work directly with a dedicated client roster to help individuals accomplish their goals of cutting back or removing alcohol from their lives. You’ll provide personalized support through daily client interactions, 1-on-1 virtual sessions, and community meetings.
We are looking for candidates who are passionate about helping others, bring strong communication and problem-solving skills, and have a growth-oriented mindset. This is a full-time employee position designed for individuals excited to make a lasting impact on our users' lives and contribute to the continual growth and innovation of our coaching services. This position is hybrid, with two days per week expected in our Alpharetta, GA office.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary coach for a portfolio of Reframe clients, offering ongoing support through text, video messages, and virtual 1-on-1 sessions.
- Maintain daily communication with your clients via the Reframe app and online platform.
- Conduct Discovery calls with new clients to assess fit and establish a coaching relationship.
- Lead or co-lead multiple weekly community meetings via Zoom to foster engagement, support, and accountability across the Reframe community.
- Collaborate closely with the coaching team to enhance the coaching program, share insights, and contribute ideas for platform-wide improvements.
- Document client progress and session outcomes in accordance with Reframe’s coaching standards and client privacy policies.
What We're Looking For
- Certified Coaching credential(s) or licensure as a Mental Health Professional (LPC, LCSW, LMHC, or equivalent) with experience helping individuals address alcohol use.
- Comfortable supporting clients through a range of communication methods, including texting, video messaging, Zoom sessions, and written updates.
- Ability to lead and moderate virtual community events with professionalism, warmth, and empathy.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a full client caseload effectively.
- Growth mindset and enthusiasm for contributing to an evolving, mission-driven company.
- Passion for wellness, mental health, and helping individuals achieve meaningful change.
