Job Title: Support Worker (Social Care – Unqualified)

Location: Leechmere ILC, Sunderland, SR2 9TQ

Duration : Full Time

Work Pattern:

• Set Rota: 4 nights on / 4 nights off
• Overnight Shifts: 8:45 PM – 7:30 AM
• May include work across Monday to Sunday

Job Description

Role Information & Duties:.

• You will be part of the Telecare Service – a responsive team assisting vulnerable individuals in their own homes across the city.

Responsibilities include

• Responding to alarm activations from customers or assistive technology
• Supporting customers with personal care, mobilisation, and fall recovery
• Assisting ambulance crews when necessary

Responding to assistive technology alerts, including:

• Property exit sensors
• Smoke alarms
• Pressure mats

Training:

• A full induction, including training on the company, services, and technology, will be provided.
