Associate Dentist – Roseberry Dental Practice, Guisborough (Near Middlesbrough)

Part-Time | 2 Days per Week | Established Patient List | Mixed NHS/Private | Career Development Opportunity

We are looking for a motivated and passionate Associate Dentist to join our friendly, approachable, and enthusiastic team at Roseberry Dental Practice, located in the beautiful market town of Guisborough, just 20 minutes from Middlesbrough.

• 2 days per week with a stable, existing patient list

• Mentoring available in various specialties (cosmetic orthodontics, facial aesthetics, implants, cosmetic dentistry) from colleagues on the Specialist Register

• Use of an experienced Dental Hygienist
• Patient Treatment Coordinator
• Up to 1500 UDAs available but possible for more this year.
• Up to £15 per UDA
• Excellent Private Potential, particularly for GDP who is aesthetically minded
• From 45% up to 50% for private split
• 50/50 Split on Lab bills

What We're Looking For:

• A GDC registered dentist with an NHS Performer Number
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a caring, patient-centred approach
• Interest or experience in cosmetic treatments, short-term orthodontics, or facial aesthetics (desirable but not essential)
• A proactive attitude toward learning and development
• Empathy, diligence, and the ability to build strong patient relationships
• Up to 1500 UDAs available but possible for more this year.
• £15 per UDA
• Excellent Private Potential, particularly for GDP who is aesthetically minded
• From 45% up to 50% for private split
• 50/50 Split on Lab bills
• Care Stream R4 software
• Digital Intra-oral xrays
• Digital OPG
• Rotary Endodontics for both NHS and Private
