Job Title: Health and Social Care Assessor (Level 3 and Level 5)

Location: Nationwide (Remote with travel as required)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: 27k to 30k


About the Role:


We are currently seekingd and passionate Health and Social Care Assessors to join our team and deliver high-quality qualifications to learners across the UK. Whether you're qualified to assess up to Level 3 or Level 5, we encourage applicants from all locations to apply.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering Health and Social Care programmes, using a mix of in-person and digital tools to provide an engaging learning. You will work closely with learners and employers, managing a caseload while maintaining the highest standards in teaching, learning, and assessment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Health and Social Care qualifications (Level 2 & 3 for Level 3 Assessors; Levels 2, 3 & 5 for Level 5 Assessors)
  • Support learners through their, from onboarding to timely completion
  • Conduct progress reviews and provide quality assurance feedback
  • Adapt delivery style to meet individual learner and employer needs
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with employers and learners
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of learner progress
  • Contribute to team meetings, CPD activities, and performance reviews
  • Promote safeguarding and report any concerns promptly
  • Engage in continuous improvement and self-assessment processes
  • Meet business KPIs and support learner achievement outcomes


Essential Requirements:

  • Recognised Assessor Qualification (D32/D33, A1, TAQA, or CAVA)
  • Minimum Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care
  • Previous delivering full Health and Social Care qualifications
  • At least 1 year of in elderly care
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills
  • Strong digital literacy, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Full driving licence and willingness to travel as required
