Purpose of the Role

To support and assist the Medical, Hospitality and Care Valuation team with the day-to-day management of Valuation Services.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist with on-site surveys to include property inspections and measurements
  • Carrying out technical valuation work across all medical, hospitality and care sectors
  • Preparing detailed reports
  • Working towards the completion of APC to include Level 3 (L3) Valuation


Working Relationships and Contacts

The key relationship will be working closely with the Medical, Hospitality & Care Directors on a daily basis with the key goal to complete Valuation work for a strong client base.

Secondary relationships will be to support the wider medical and hospitality team should assistance be required on both Valuation and Agency basis.

The candidate will be encouraged to assist with external Client meetings to help build their own

client/contact base and help generate business for the team.

The candidate will be encouraged to attend all social events both internally and externally to

maintain a strong work/life balance.


Person Specification

Skills and Experience

  • To have an RICS Accredited property degree; Essential
  • To have a full UK Driving License; Essential
  • Report writing skills; Essential
  • To have previous experience within Valuation; Desirable
  • To have previous experience working within a professional service; Desirable
