Job description

Legal Counsel:

We are partnering with a digital bank that is looking to appoint a Legal Counsel to join their in-house legal team on an interim basis for a period of three months.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in advising and supporting stakeholders at all levels, including senior management, across the organisations operations and strategic initiatives.

Duties:

• Drafting and negotiating agreements with a wide variety of customers partners and suppliers
• Reviewing, drafting and negotiating terms and conditions (including B2B and B2C), providing advice and supporting internal projects and working groups
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders across the business

Key Details:

• Start Date: ASAP start
• Contract Length: 3 months
• Location: Hybrid working, London-based
• Candidate must be a UK qualified solicitor
• Candidate must have experience in payments and banking regulations - Fintech experience is preferred
