£90000 - 100000 + bonus + stock options

UK - Remote first with Travel to Scotland


Our client is scaling across global markets and their next big leap needs your brand brilliance. With high double-digit growth, a thriving D2C model, and a mission to demystify healthcare, they’re reimagining what accessible, regulated care can look like. You’ll be instrumental in bringing emotional storytelling to life across three continents while managing a powerhouse brand team already in flight.


The Head of Brand will define and execute a compelling global identity that earns trust, sparks interest, and drives long-term equity all within tightly regulated product categories.

Role Highlights


The Head of Brand will:

– Lead the end-to-end brand strategy across UK, Germany, and Australia

– Guide the tone, visual identity, and creative direction across paid, owned, and earned media

– Build trust and emotional connection in products like GLP-1, hair loss, and sexual wellness

– Partner cross-functionally with SEO, PPC, CRM and Product to align creative with growth metrics

– Lead and inspire a high-performing creative, content, and brand team


You Will Need

– 8+ years in senior brand or marketing roles, ideally in health, wellness, or subscription D2C

– Experience building or evolving a brand from the ground up for scale

– Strong cross-functional leadership skills, especially working with performance marketing and product

– Customer-first thinking and a data-led approach to brand storytelling

– Proven experience localising brand messaging for DE and AU markets
