About the role

We are a fast-growing Alternative Payment Method (APM) provider with a global footprint across India, the Middle East, Europe and South America, preparing for expansion into the UK. Our mission is to build secure, seamless, and accessible digital payment infrastructure across borders.

As we prepare to expand into the UK market, we are seeking an experienced and visionary CEO to spearhead our entry strategy, build local operations, and scale our brand across the region. As CEO, you will be responsible for launching and establishing the business footprint in the UK. You will develop and execute a robust go-to-market strategy, lead regulatory licensing efforts, and build the leadership team needed to drive business growth.

This is a high-impact role suited for a commercially savvy fintech leader with deep knowledge of the UK payments ecosystem.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as CEO, MD, or GM in a fintech or payments company (UK experience essential)
• Strong understanding of alternative payment methods, e-wallets, open banking, or BNPL
• Demonstrated success in launching or scaling a fintech/payments business in the UK
• Deep network within UK retail, eCommerce, or financial services sector
• Experience with FCA licensing, compliance frameworks, and regulatory liaison
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on, execution-focused leadership style
