UI Designer in Leeds

WRK digital are thrilled to be partnered with a well-known holiday park provider that are wanting to expand their Digital Trading and Product Management team. This team provides a crucial role in transforming their digital platforms, driving customer engagement, boosting conversions and providing a seamless customer booking experience.

We are seeking a UI Designer to join this growing in-house team. You’ll be responsible for helping share and enhance the user interface of the ecommerce and customer account platforms, collaborating with the wider Design & Product teams to creative user journeys that drive performance.

As UI Designer, you will be responsible for:

• Designing user friendly interfaces across web and mobile platforms for booking journeys, customer account and post-booking experiences.
• Translating wireframes, research insights and business requirements into UI solutions,
• Working to maintain consistency across platforms whilst solving customer problems,
• Collaborating with the wider design and product teams to bring designs to life.
• Participating in feedback sessions and design critiques and actioning these outcomes quickly.
• Supporting ongoing CRO activity by designing AB test variants that align with both data insights and brand principles.

As UI Designer, you will have:

• A minimum on 2 years experience as a UI Designer or similar position with demonstrated experience of creating responsible UI work for web and app.
• Solid understanding of usability principles, user-centered design and best practices.
• Experience with Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative or similar design tools.
• Experience in photoshop to edit, retouch and optimize images for use across web assets and digital content.
• A passion for creating seamless digital experiences that drive measurable impact.
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS.
