Residential Conveyancing Head of Department

Incredibly rare opportunity to join this renowned full service practice in the heart of Liverpool - and at home! - who are seeking a new Head of Department for their much vaunted Residential Conveyancing team. This successful team continues to grow apace, due in no small part to an excellent clientele and in line with the firms' overall development plans.

As the most senior person in the team you will be a qualified Solicitor (ideally 5 years PQE and above) boasting demonstrable managerial experience and vast experience within the Property sphere. As the leading light in their established, Residential Conveyancing team, your role will be to take a very front foot role in leading and developing the team. It is expected that you will have excellent experience in the Residential sphere with the ambition to put your own impression on a fantastic team. You'll be ably supported by the fee earning and junior team to do so.

Salary and benefits will be in line with your expertise with a guideline for salary of up to £62,500.
