About the Role

Are you detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about getting things right the first time? Inprova is looking for a Billing Assistant to join our dynamic Quantum Billing team. In this key role, you’ll help ensure our billing processes run smoothly and efficiently each month, supporting the financial heartbeat of our business.


You’ll work closely with suppliers and internal teams to process and analyse spend data, manage complex queries, and support the full billing cycle—from data imports to supplier payments.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting all monthly billing processes: data importing, statement production, direct debits, reconciliations, and more.
  • Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external billing queries.
  • Setting up new suppliers, members, and frameworks in Business Central.
  • Becoming a subject matter expert on Business Central processes.
  • Assisting with month-end duties and internal reporting.
  • Chasing suppliers for missing data to ensure timely billing.


What We’re Looking For

Essential:

  • Strong Excel skills (including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and pivot tables).
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills—both written and verbal.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
  • Proven experience in accurate record keeping.


Desirable:

  • Experience using Business Central.
  • Previous experience in a billing environment with a high level of accuracy.
