Residential Conveyancer Associate

Location: Central London

Experience: NQ - 3 PQE

Salary: £70,000 - 85,000

About You:

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual to join a growing city firm. You’ll have the chance to work closely with partners and be involved in high-profile residential deals right from the start, working with well- established clients. Given the nature of the role, you will be highly organised and be able to work pragmatically.

You’ll work to participate in relevant practice development initiatives, seek to get involved with business development opportunities and keep up to date with changes in relevant law and practice. To drive best practice further, you will be an exceptional team player with the ability to work collaboratively to deliver the best outcomes for our clients and to develop other team members.

What we'll need from you:

• A clear enthusiasm for this area of law and a commitment to securing the best outcomes for your clients whilst working under pressure
• The confidence to hit the ground running
• Experience in residential property
