Conveyancer in Hessle

James Ray Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a firm who have a long-standing reputation and are a leader within the legal services market. The firm now require 2 x Residential Conveyancers to join their team.

You can be based in any of their offices in Hessle, Grimsby, Louth, Scunthorpe or Barton.

Key responsibilities:

• Handle a caseload of conveyancing work under the supervision of qualified solicitors
• Provide administrative support to other property lawyers in the department
• Liaise with clients, other professionals and internal colleagues
• Manage deadlines and ensure compliance with regulations

Qualifications/skills required:

• Experience in conveyancing
• Qualified Solicitor or CILEX.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• A meticulous eye for detail
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• IT literacy and experience with a computerised case management system
• Experience of CQS accreditation and Lender Exchange
• Excellent planning and organisational skills
