Job description

We are currently seeing a Maintenance Specialist to join a property company that provides bespoke work space for clients across the London.


They are now seeking a hands-on, multi-skilled Maintenance Specialist to join their in-house team. You’ll play a vital role in maintaining the quality of managed offices and ensuring new sites are launched to the highest standards.


What You’ll Be Doing

As our Maintenance Specialist, you will:

  • Act as the first responder to site issues—assessing and resolving problems or recommending specialist contractors
  • Conduct regular site inspections, identifying and reporting major repairs
  • Oversee contractor visits and ensure all work is completed to spec
  • Carry out a wide range of maintenance tasks, including:
  • Plumbing repairs (leaks, tap replacements)
  • Minor electrical work
  • Tiling, lock replacements, and general fix-it tasks
  • Painting and light decorating (e.g. Hanging picture frames)
  • Support office move-ins (installing whiteboards, wall-mounting TVs)
  • Perform basic carpentry (e.g. Building cabinets)


Working Hours

Choose from two shift patterns:

  • 8:00am–5:00pm
  • 11:00am–8:00pm
  • Flexibility required across multiple sites throughout London.


‍♂ About You

You’ll thrive in this role if you bring:

  • Proven experience in maintenance, construction, or a similar hands-on field
  • Comfort with hardware tools and electrical equipment
  • A working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
  • Great communication and relationship-building skills
  • A safety-first mindset
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
