I’m working on a unique opportunity that blends the best of both legal worlds—private practice and in-house.

A leading London-based funds team is seeking a 1–5 PQE funds associate to join their practice, with a focus on supporting one of their top-tier clients. This role offers the chance to work on high-calibre funds matters for a major London client—without the long hours and fee-earning pressures typically associated with private practice.

The ideal candidate will be a funds lawyer with some in-house experience, whether through a secondment or a permanent role. Due to the diverse mix of matters and projects, strong project management skills are essential.

The team are open to flexibility — this role can be structured on either a full-time or part-time basis.
