Rural Chartered Surveyor - Drive New Opportunities in North Lancashire

Location: Preston, UK

Contract Type: Permanent

Our client, a property agency specialising in residential, agricultural, and development properties, is seeking a keen qualified rural surveyor to join their North Lancashire office in Garstang and make their mark driving forward new and existing opportunities.

Position Overview

The successful Rural Chartered Surveyor will work with a wide and varied rural client base throughout Lancashire, providing expert advice on a range of matters including valuations, property agency, planning and development, land and estate management, and more.

Responsibilities

• Deliver well-thought-out advice to clients on various matters
• Manage a diverse and growing workload effectively
• Assist in training and development of junior team members
• Network and connect with others in the field
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Contribute to a strong, collaborative team culture

Requirements

• RICS accreditation and/or CAAV membership
• Self-driven with a commitment to continuous improvement
• Strong ability to network and build client relationships
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Enthusiasm for working in a progressive, forward-thinking environment
