This is an exciting opportunity to work with a prestigious client base, delivering a blend of estate management and professional services.

Position Overview

As a Rural Associate Director, you will play a key role in managing a portfolio of rural estates, providing expert advice, and driving diversification projects for our client's prestigious clients across the area.

Responsibilities

• Act as principal agent for key estate management clients
• Undertake estate and farming business reviews
• Handle diversification projects and strategic land promotion
• Conduct secured lending and professional valuations
• Manage and mentor team members

Requirements

• MRICS qualified with extensive rural surveying experience
• Demonstrated team leadership and client relationship skills
• Excellent time management and prioritisation abilities
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Confident, composed, and flexible approach to work
• Understanding of confidentiality and discretion
