You'll thrive here if:

  • You excel in a results-driven, high-energy setting.
  • You are dedicated to client satisfaction.
  • You perform well under pressure and meet challenging deadlines.
  • You're proactive, resilient, and ready to tackle challenges head-on.

This is a highly communicative, front-line position requiring strong multitasking abilities across concurrent workstreams.

Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Connecting with Experts: A significant portion of your time will be spent identifying and engaging with specialists uniquely suited to client projects, often within tight timeframes.
  • Contextual Understanding: You'll develop a deep understanding of project and market dynamics, along with the relevant legal and regulatory landscapes affecting our clients and experts.
  • Project Ownership: You'll manage all aspects of your projects, from initiating client-expert interactions to meticulously organizing calls for seamless collaboration.

  • Providing broad exposure to the business world, preventing specialization in a single industry.
  • Cultivating valuable transferable skills in areas like professional communication, negotiation, persuasion, and project and time management.
  • Offering a clear promotion track, with opportunities to advance to Manager within 2-2.5 years, and to Vice President around the 5-year mark.
  • Potential eligibility for our postgraduate tuition support program, assisting with costs for leading global business schools upon successful completion of the program.

We're looking for high-achieving individuals who consistently deliver their best. Ideal candidates will possess:

  • Strong academic credentials (equivalent to an upper second-class honours degree or higher).
  • Demonstrated excellence in extracurricular activities during academic pursuits.
  • Relevant professional internship experience.
  • Fluency in English and Norwegian (C2 level required); prior experience living or working in continental Europe is a plus.

Expect a competitive first-year compensation package, typically ranging from £48,500-£57,500 for average to high performers, comprising a base salary of £41,500 and uncapped performance-based variable compensation.

Benefits include:

  • 4% matched pension contributions.
  • Comprehensive private medical and dental coverage.
  • 25 days of annual leave, plus public holidays and a year-end office closure.
  • Prime central London office location with subsidized lunches, complimentary breakfast, snacks, and fruit.
  • Flexible work options, including remote work on Fridays.
