Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate community and volunteering programs aligned with the firm's global engagement strategy
  • Serve as a key liaison and first point of contact for stakeholders and managing those relationships
  • Support the team with planning and execution of events, fundraising campaigns, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Own all logistics: scheduling, internal comms, materials, reporting and feedback
  • Analyse data and provide insights to improve programs
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure flawless execution of high-impact campaigns


What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in a junior program or project coordination role (ideally within a corporate setting)
  • Exposure to corporate company culture and internal stakeholder dynamics
  • Comfortable with public speaking, presenting, and leading sessions
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive with a collaborative mindset
  • Strong communication skills — engaging, professional, and able to build rapport quickly


The Details:

  • 12-month full-time temporary assignment with real potential to extend or a potential to transition to a long-term role if you impress - plus many opportunities within the firm
  • 5 days a week in office
  • £160 - 200 per day (including holiday pay)
