Global Fine Art & Specie Insurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable insurance professional to join our Global Fine Art & Specie team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with prestigious clients and high-value assets across the world, including fine art collections, precious metals, cash-in-transit, jewellers’ block, and museum portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:

• Underwrite and manage a global portfolio of Fine Art & Specie risks
• Assess complex risk exposures, pricing, and coverage structuring for high-value items
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers, clients, and specialist markets
• Collaborate with internal teams across underwriting, claims, and compliance
• Contribute to product development and innovation in the fine art/specie space
• Travel (as required) to support client engagement, inspections, and exhibitions

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in Fine Art & Specie insurance or related specialty lines
• Strong technical knowledge of underwriting and risk assessment practices
• Exceptional client relationship and negotiation skills
• Attention to detail, discretion, and commercial acumen
• Ability to thrive in a global, fast-paced environment
• Relevant certifications (ACII or equivalent) preferred
