THE POSITION:

This is an outstanding opportunity for a PA or EA looking to progress in their career and take on more responsibility. You will be the main contact for oversight of the admin flow across several teams of PAs, ensuring that the administrative support to fee earners is delivered effectively and efficiently.


Main responsibilities:

  • Manage resources and coordinate workloads to ensure all incoming tasks are assigned to a team member and completed on time
  • Ensure effective communication between key stakeholders and team members
  • Support Team Leaders with the recruitment and training of new and existing team members
  • Ensure best practices, firm policies and training guides are followed across the team
  • Support team leaders to ensure relevant processes have up to date training guides
  • Support with projects, which contribute to an enhanced service offering to the firm
  • Working knowledge of health and safety, including participating in all on site health and safety audits and assessments


ABOUT YOU:

The ideal applicant will possess the following skills:

  • 2+ years of PA/administrative experience, preferably within a professional or financial services environment
  • Experience coordinating workflow tasks
  • Confident delegating tasks and supporting team members
  • Customer service focus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Effective prioritisation skills
  • Creative thinking, with the ability to take initiative and problem solve
  • Confident using and learning IT systems and software
  • A collaborative and supportive team player

The salary scale (based on experience) is up to £33,000 plus a substantial benefits package to all employees including:
