WHOLESALE OPERATIONS ASSISTANT

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who is looking for their first or second job and is keen to develop a career in a fast-paced, luxury skincare environment. The primary responsibility of this role will be order loading, with additional administrative support tasks to assist our Wholesale Operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Loading and Management:

• Accurately and efficiently load customer orders into our system.
• Monitor and track orders to ensure timely fulfilment and delivery.
• Communicate with internal teams and external partners to resolve any order-related issues.

Customer Service:

• Manage B2B client accounts and provide support as needed.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Address client inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
• Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Administrative Support:

• Assist in preparing weekly reports.
• Support the UK & Travel Retail Sales Operations Planning.
• Help with the onboarding of new accounts and ensuring vendor compliance.
• Provide general administrative support to the Wholesale Operations team as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

Skills:

• 1-2 years experience
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of order processing and customer service principles is a plus.
