Our client is a much loved scale-up ecommerce business who sell their products around the globe.

The team has grown steadily over the last few years and they are now looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager / Growth Marketing Lead to come onboard to manage a £multi-million marketing budget across PPC, Paid Social, Affiliates, CRM and influencer.

The successful candidate will be managing a small inhouse team of channel executives, creating a happy culture of high performance.

The Role

• Lead digital strategy across PPC, Shopping, Paid Social, CRM, Affiliates and Influencer to drive sales and growth
• Own the marketing forecast and budget (£multi-million), making sure campaigns meet performance goals
• Weekly and Monthly reporting, sharing results with the Board
• Manage and implement test and learn, using actionable insight to inform future campaigns
• Working closely with the CRM Manager on customer communication strategy
• Manage a small performance marketing team, overseeing campaign and results
• Work closely with the affiliate marketing executive, managing strategy and budgets across publisher partnerships and influencers

The person

• Loves working in fast paced retail / ecommerce / D2C environment
• Proven experience driving considerable growth in a scaling business
• Enjoys both strategy and getting their hands dirty
• Highly skilled across PPC, Paid Social and CRM
