Job description
Hays HR are currently recruiting for a permanent HR Advisor to work for a company based in Leeds.
This is a part-time position working 5 hours per day fully onsite in Leeds.
This role is varied, supporting the Head of HR providing end-to-end HR support together with supporting the line managers at the site with HR queries.
You will be covering the full scope of employee relations, compensation and benefits, resource management, and training & development.
They are looking for a motivated, driven and organised individual.
Be capable of working with minimal supervision whilst being part of the team.
What you'll need to succeed
- HR generalist with recent HR Advisory experience expertly advising on employee relations such as absence management, grievances, investigations
- Strong UK employment law knowledge
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (via phone, email, face to face) with great attention to detail
- Strong experience of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
- Confident in guiding line managers on policies, procedures, processes etc.
- Previous experience in recruitment would be beneficial.
- CIPD qualified or working towards qualification
