Mode Search is proud to be partnering with a Luxury Fashion Brand to support them in hiring a HR Business Partner to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to influence and drive key people initiatives within a business that values culture, performance, and continuous development.


This London-based hybrid role with 4 days in the office and 1 from home. The HR Business Partner will report directly to the Head of HR, playing a central role within the people team and working closely with senior leadership.


The Role


  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, helping to shape and execute people strategies that align with business objectives
  • Deliver hands-on, strategic support across key HR areas including organisational design, employee engagement, and talent development
  • Lead on complex employee relations matters, ensuring fair outcomes and compliance with employment legislation
  • Partner with specialist HR functions (L&D, Talent Acquisition, Reward) to implement effective people initiatives
  • Analyse people data and trends to provide actionable insights to business leaders
  • Support the delivery of business-wide programmes focused on DE&I, performance, wellbeing, and leadership development
  • Build leadership capability by coaching and guiding managers through change, performance, and team development
  • Contribute to culture and engagement strategies, ensuring alignment with company values and objectives


Requirements


  • Previous experience in a strategic HR role, ideally as an HR Business Partner within a fast-paced or evolving organisation
  • Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR policy frameworks
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence senior stakeholders with credibility and confidence
  • Commercially focused with a strong grasp of how HR drives business performance
  • Comfortable working with people data and analytics to guide decision-making
  • Skilled in managing change, developing talent, and navigating complex employee relations cases
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
  • CIPD qualification (or equivalent experience) is preferred
