Legal Resourcer – Greater Manchester Legal Market

Hybrid in Manchester

Full-time | Up to £27,000

Are you passionate about connecting top legal talent with exceptional opportunities? We’re looking for a driven and people-focused Legal Resourcer to join our growing team, specialising in the Greater Manchester legal market.

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for someone who shares our passion for quality, service, and success.

Role Overview:

As a Legal Resourcer, you’ll be the first point of contact for legal professionals across Greater Manchester. You’ll support an experienced consultant by sourcing and screening candidates, building talent pipelines, and maintaining our candidate database.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and attract qualified legal professionals using LinkedIn, and our CRM
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews
• Build and maintain relationships with legal candidates from paralegals to solicitors
• Write engaging job adverts tailored to the Manchester legal market
• Keep candidate records up to date and manage compliance documentation
• Work closely with consultants to match candidates to roles
• Track market trends and map legal talent in the region

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in recruitment (legal experience is ideal but not essential)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proactive and organised with excellent attention to detail
• A genuine interest in the legal market in Greater Manchester
• A team player with the ambition to develop.
