Overview

A high-growth, private equity-backed services organisation is seeking a seasoned Data Specialist to oversee a critical data migration and cleansing programme. Following the recent acquisition of three businesses, the company is embarking on a greenfield NetSuite implementation to unify operations and drive scalability.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end data migration process from multiple legacy systems into NetSuite.
  • Develop and execute a robust data cleansing strategy to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness across all acquired entities.
  • Define data mapping, transformation, and validation rules in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external implementation partners.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance throughout the migration lifecycle.
  • Manage project timelines, risks, and quality assurance processes related to data migration.
  • Act as the subject matter expert on NetSuite data structures, modules, and best practices.
  • Support post-migration reconciliation and issue resolution.


Candidate Profile

  • Demonstrable experience leading complex data migration projects into NetSuite, ideally within a multi-entity or post-acquisition context.
  • In-depth knowledge of NetSuite architecture, data models, and integration points.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with a methodical approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience working within private equity-backed or fast-paced, acquisitive environments is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
