Role:

Our client is seeking an Small Works Project Manager to join their growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a practical, hands-on approach to delivering high-quality works on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing accurate and competitive quotations for small works projects
• Organising labour, materials, to ensure smooth project delivery
• Conducting site surveys and assessments
• Signing off completed works to ensure compliance and quality standards
• Managing and overseeing subcontractors to maintain performance and safety

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar role within construction, fit-out, or maintenance
• Strong organisational and planning skills
• Ability to manage multiple small projects simultaneously
• Full UK driving licence
