Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 hours/day, at least 3 months.

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly motivated HR Intern to join our team in London. We're looking for someone who demonstrates a strong sense of ownership, a bias for action, and a passion for learning more about HR and recruitment. In this role, you will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team and Hiring Managers to support full-cycle recruitment efforts.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to support full-cycle recruitment for various roles across the business.
  • Communicate with candidates regarding their application status via phone and email, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Help maintain accurate data and reporting in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Conduct market research and talent mapping to help identify trends and future pipelines.
  • Support hiring teams with various day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks as needed.


Requirements:

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree, with an anticipated graduation date between May and October 2025.
  • A genuine interest in recruitment or human resources.
  • Fluency in English (Mandarin or European languages preferrable).
  • A self-starter with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to prioritise in a fast-moving environment.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Eager to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Great communication skills – written and verbal.
