Compliance Associate in London Area

Job description

Our client, a significant Boutique Private Side Investment Bank, are looking for a Compliance Associate to join their team, assisting with the maintenance of the compliance frameworks as well as taking ownership of the financial crime responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Taking the lead on KYC/AML process as part of onboarding of clients.
• Develop and complete ongoing internal compliance monitoring activities as part of the Compliance Monitoring Plan.
• Performing conflicts checks and other control room activities including approving personal account dealing, gifts and entertainment, and outside business activities.

Key Requirements:

• 2 - 5 years compliance experience.
• Experience conducting KYC/AML duties in either Investment Banking or Asset Management.
• Some exposure to conflicts checks and other control room responsibilities preferred.

This is a permanent opportunity, offering hybrid working with 3 days in the office.
