A fast-growing MarTech company, currently scaling across North America and partnering with major global drinks brands, is looking for a Customer Support Representative to join their ambitious, mission-driven team.

This company’s innovative platform empowers beverage industry sales teams to quickly produce compliant, customised marketing materials - drastically cutting waste and streamlining sales support.

Their purpose? To disrupt a decades-old industry and reduce landfill marketing waste through smarter, tech-enabled solutions.

Responsibilities:

The Customer Service Representative will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering timely, empathetic, and helpful service.

• Handling calls and support tickets from global users
• Supporting users with software and order-related queries
• Leading remote training sessions
• Escalating technical issues and bugs
• Collaborating with internal teams on platform improvements
• Contributing to customer engagement and training strategies
• Assisting with user testing and occasional admin support

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer support
• Strong communication skills across phone, email and chat
• Confident using technology and navigating systems
• Empathy, patience, and strong problem-solving ability
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
• Team player with initiative and adaptability
