Job description

Job Title: Creative AI Coordinator

Location: Hybrid (UK-based)

Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 + Benefits + Bonus Potential

Are you obsessed with AI and its creative potential? Do you love exploring new tools, building systems, and enabling teams to work smarter and more efficiently? If so, we want to hear from you.

A fast-growing creative agency is looking for a Creative AI Coordinator to join the team at an exciting point of transformation. The agency is integrating AI into every aspect of its work – from streamlining operations to enabling new creative possibilities – and you’ll play a central role in making that happen. This is a new role of it's kind, and would most likely suit creative operations lead/project manager.

You’ll lead the research, testing, and implementation of cutting-edge AI tools across the agency. This role will support both internal operations and client-facing work, helping teams adopt AI effectively through custom resources, toolkits, and training. Working closely with the Production Lead and Creative Director, you’ll also contribute to shaping the agency’s overall AI strategy.

What You’ll Do

  • Research and test emerging AI tools across strategy, production, and reporting
  • Build and maintain internal prompting guides, toolkits, and use-case libraries
  • Help design and develop custom GPTs for internal and client use
  • Collaborate on lightweight internal tooling (e.g. Dashboards, assistants)
  • Support product development and platform scoping
  • Track adoption across teams and share learnings

What You Bring

  • Deep curiosity and experience with generative AI and its creative applications
  • Familiarity with tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Runway, Midjourney, Notion, Veo, Pika, HeyGen, etc.
  • Experience working with creatives (filmmakers, editors, producers, etc.)
  • Organised, self-starting mindset with a systems-thinking approach
  • Comfort using automation tools like Zapier, Make, Airtable (not essential, but would be a bonus!)
  • Ability to learn independently through experimentation and documentation

What You’ll Get

  • Competitive salary: £30,000 – £40,000
  • Up to 18% annual performance bonus
  • Health insurance, wellbeing budget, and training allowance (post-probation)
  • 25 days holiday
  • Yearly pay review
  • A collaborative, creative environment with real room to experiment and grow
  • Hybrid working setup
  • Regular socials, summer parties, team lunches, and more

You’ll be joining a cool, edgy, modern creative agency with a big-agency mindset. The team works with top-tier brands across film, animation, photography, design, and strategy – delivering high-impact creative work that wins awards and builds lasting client relationships.
