Benefits Partner

Type: 6-Month Fixed Term Contract

London - Hybrid (2 days in office)


Overview:

Our client, a global insurance and financial services organisation, is looking for a Benefits Partner to join their HR team on a six-month fixed term contract. This role will play a key part in refining and implementing the international benefits strategy across multiple jurisdictions, while also managing global mobility processes. The successful candidate will work closely with global centres of excellence and local HR teams to ensure delivery is aligned, efficient, and scalable.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with a global benefits consultant/broker to review benchmarking analysis and identify evolving workplace and industry trends in employee benefits.
  • Evaluate existing benefits policies and programmes; develop recommendations to ensure competitiveness, compliance, and relevance in each market.
  • Take a global view while tailoring strategy based on regional needs to recommend a core benefits offering that enhances the local employee value proposition.
  • Manage the end-to-end international mobility process, providing guidance and support to internal stakeholders and business leaders.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders including HRBPs, Legal, Payroll, Finance, Strategy, and Communications to ensure smooth implementation of benefits and mobility initiatives.
  • Assess current benefits enrolment processes with a focus on efficiency, scalability, and user experience.
  • Assist with troubleshooting and managing third-party relationships, including benefits managers, insurance brokers, and carriers.
  • Remain informed on legislative changes and market developments in relevant jurisdictions.


Skills & Experience:

  • Strong understanding of international benefits design and strategy.
  • Previous experience managing global mobility processes within Financial Services is essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to work across multiple geographies and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working with external brokers and consultants to review and benchmark benefits.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills, with the ability to drive initiatives through to completion.
  • Knowledge of local employment legislation relating to benefits is highly advantageous.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a proactive and flexible approach.
