We’re hiring a Vice President, HR & Transformation to lead strategic planning, transformation delivery, and business operations across a global HR function. This is a high-impact role within a leading financial services organisation, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, tech-enabled environment and is passionate about driving meaningful change.


Responsibilities:


Strategic HR Business Management

  • Partner with senior HR leadership to shape and track the HR strategy, KPIs, and annual priorities.
  • Lead cross-functional HR initiatives, including performance cycles, pay reviews, and business reviews.
  • Manage HR budget planning and ongoing financial oversight in collaboration with Finance.
  • Oversee governance, risk, and control processes, ensuring compliance and transparency.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and insights to monitor HR performance and capacity.
  • Coordinate leadership meetings, team engagement sessions, and internal communications.
  • Manage vendor relationships and contracts for HR platforms and services.


HR Transformation & Change Delivery

  • Support the design and execution of a multi-year HR transformation programme.
  • Drive digitalisation, automation, and process optimisation across the HR function.
  • Collaborate with HR Technology, COEs, and external vendors to deliver transformation outcomes.
  • Lead change management efforts, including stakeholder engagement, communications, and training.
  • Ensure governance and timely delivery of transformation milestones and reporting.


Experience & Expertise

  • 10+ years of experience in HR strategy, business management, or transformation ideally within financial services or a similarly complex, regulated environment.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale HR or business transformation programmes.
  • Strong understanding of HR operating models, service delivery, and governance frameworks.
  • Experience working with HR technology platforms.
  • Familiarity with process improvement methodologies.
