London (Hybrid, 3 days/week)

£100–115k + bonus

We’re hiring a Regulatory Specialist to join a small, high-performing team working at the intersection of regulation, data, and risk control.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong regulatory compliance background and Global Markets experience, who can translate complex regulatory requirements into practical, scalable frameworks.

You’ll help design and enhance an innovative regulatory mapping solution used by leading financial institutions - ensuring regulatory traceability, compliance assurance, and alignment with non-financial risk frameworks.

Key experience we’re looking for:

• In-depth understanding of regulations impacting Global Markets businesses
• Experience translating rules into practical compliance requirements
• Familiarity with non-financial risk processes: RCSA, incident management, read-across, etc.
• Confident engaging with audit, compliance, and regulatory stakeholders
• Comfortable working with data, and interested in how AI and automation can improve compliance
• Sharp communicator with excellent attention to detail
