Slowear is seeking a passionate and experienced Client Advisor to join our store in King's Road, London. This is an exciting opportunity to represent a brand rooted in timeless elegance, exceptional craftsmanship, and a distinctive approach to modern retail.

As a Client Advisor, you will be a key ambassador of the Slowear values, offering an outstanding and highly personalized customer experience. You will support the boutique’s daily operations, nurture long-term relationships through CRM and clienteling and take ownership and contribute to the store’s performance

Key Responsibilities

Deliver an exceptional and tailored service to each client, ensuring a memorable in-store experience that reflects Slowear’s philosophy.

Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-up and CRM engagement.

Support daily operations, including stock management, merchandising, and upkeep of store standards.

Contribute to the achievement of sales targets through a strong understanding of product, storytelling, and customer needs.

Uphold the brand's values of sustainability, inclusion, and refined Italian style in every interaction.

Profile

2–3 years of experience in premium or luxury retail, ideally in both menswear and womenswear.

Strong attitude for clienteling, CRM, and delivering a personalized shopping experience.

Passion for quality, design, and long-lasting fashion.

Excellent communication skills, with a customer-focused and team-oriented mindset.

Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to contribute to a growing and evolving brand environment.
