Head of Strategy in Pill

Moon Executive Search is delighted to have been retained by our client, a leading and innovative global manufacturing business, to identify a Head of Strategy to focus on international expansion and adjacent market opportunities.

Reporting to a Board Director, this role will be central in identifying and securing future revenue streams through joint ventures, partnerships, and potential investments across global markets and sectors.

The Head of Strategy will operate at the intersection of commercial growth, industrial capability, and strategic foresight — collaborating closely with commercial, operational and technical teams, as well as external partners, to turn opportunities into scalable, profitable ventures.

This is a highly entrepreneurial role requiring a strategic thinker with strong commercial instincts and an understanding of industrial processes, ideally underpinned by consultancy training and cross-sectoral experience. We are seeking someone with experience of commercial negotiation, strategy development, and joint venture partnerships, preferably gained with multi-national organisations. An appreciation of industrial, engineering, technical or chemical environments is also highly advantageous.
