Partner-Level Opportunities – Commercial Law Firm (Consultancy Model)

• Consultancy Model – All lawyers are self-employed under a consultancy agreement

Who They Are Looking For

We are keen to speak with established legal professionals who are:

• Partner-level or senior lawyers with at least 6–7 years PQE (ideally 10+ years PQE)
• Capable of bringing an existing client base or established practice / team
• Entrepreneurial and confident in their ability to generate and manage their own work
• Interested in a non-traditional legal career path with greater autonomy and higher earnings
• Experienced in building and/or growing a practice
• Ex-Magic Circle or Big Law experience is welcomed
• Open to working in a revenue-sharing environment

• Partners looking for a soft landing into consultancy, away from rigid firm structures
• Senior Associates ready to take the next step with a loyal client base
• International Partners with an established practice in Germany, South Africa, New York, or other key markets
