What You'll Do:

  • Design & Develop: Collaborate with L&D and department heads to create engaging training materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and comprehensive onboarding programmes for all new starters.
  • Deliver Engaging Training: Lead both in-person and virtual sessions on a variety of topics, from mandatory compliance and systems training to crucial soft skills like leadership, management, and communication.
  • Evaluate & Improve: Continuously monitor training effectiveness through feedback and metrics, providing reports to management to ensure our L&D solutions drive positive business performance.
  • Collaborate & Support: Work closely with internal departments like Health & Safety, Construction, and Customer Care to align training with business goals and promote a culture of continuous learning.
  • Innovate: Apply creative and innovative thinking to devise standout and unique training solutions across the business.

We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a training or learning & development role.
  • High-level experience delivering soft skills training (e.g., Leadership, Management, Communication).
  • Ability to adapt training to various roles and learning styles (site-based, office-based, junior, management).
  • Experience designing comprehensive and engaging training sessions.
  • A strong collaborator with experience conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) with stakeholders.
  • A Level 4 in Learning and Development is required, with a Level 5 in Organisational Development being desirable.
