Position Summary

As a DC Quality Control Specialist, you will be responsible for monitoring and improving the quality of warehouse operations within our bulky-item distribution center. You will play a critical role in identifying non-compliance issues and implementing corrective actions.

Key Responsibilities - Perform audits on inbound, outbound, and storage processes - Monitor quality metrics and prepare reports - Investigate root causes of operational defects - Drive corrective and preventive actions - Support staff training on quality standards and procedures

Qualifications - Background in quality control or warehouse operations - Strong data analysis and reporting skills - Excellent communication and attention to detail - Fluency in English; Chinese is a plus
