Gloucester | Regional Main Contractor | Up to £80,000 + Package

We’re supporting a respected regional contractor based in Gloucester with a turnover of around £50 million and a solid pipeline of projects in the residential, commercial, and education sectors — ranging up to £15 million in value.

They are now looking for an experienced Estimator to join their pre-construction team. This is a key role in the business, working closely with senior leadership to shape tenders and secure work that aligns with their delivery strengths.

You’ll be responsible for pricing projects accurately and confidently, reviewing subcontractor quotations, managing risk allowances, and ensuring clear communication with the operations and commercial teams throughout the bidding process.
