Salary up to £65,000 + Car Allowance + Package
I’m working exclusively with a well-established and rapidly growing construction consultancy based in Gloucestershire, looking to appoint an experienced and driven Senior Quantity Surveyor. The Role
As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you’ll play a central role in delivering outstanding cost consultancy services to clients, with a focus on service excellence and achieving positive project outcomes.
You’ll be responsible for the full range of pre- and post-contract duties, including:
- Cost planning and estimating
- Procurement advice and tender management
- Contract administration and post-contract cost control
- Managing variations, valuations, and final accounts
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
You’ll be working on projects typically valued between £5m and £50m, and your input will directly contribute to the success and profitability of the business.
What You’ll Need
- Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent practical experience)
- MRICS or MCIOB is highly desirable
- Experience working within a consultancy environment
- A solid track record on projects valued between £5m–£50m
- Excellent commercial and client-facing skills
- Proactive approach and ability to manage workload independently
